Here is my submission for GT01, the Ripplebrook Store, by rider# 393. Forewarning to others who still may want to pursue this stop: On Clackamas Highway, about 5 miles from my stop at GT01, there were several motorcyclists who went down hard, resulting in one onsite fatality and at least one or two others requiring ambulances. The road was shut down for at least 3+ hours, and I got to GT01 only by backtracking and taking the USFS gravel road called “Pipeline Road”. When riding this road, please pay attention to decreasing-radius turns, some with off-camber, some with both, as well as some slight pavement heaves due to frost/thaw or erosion, begetting unsettled suspensions and resultant changes in line-of-travel through the curves.
